Vegetables
- 8–10 black olives
- 2–3 jalapenos
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp parsley

- Pinch of ground pepper
ÉTAPES
Season the pork neck with salt and ground pepper.
Cut black olives into 2–3 pieces and roughly chop jalapenos.
Heat olive oil in a pan before it gets too hot and sauté minced garlic until golden brown.
Add black olives and jalapenos to the pan and stir-fry together.
Sprinkle parsley and mix well before removing the sauce from the pan.
Place the pork neck on a heated pan and cook until browned on one side.
Flip the pork neck and cook the other side until golden brown.
Serve the cooked pork neck on a plate and top with the prepared black olive sauce.
Optionally, cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and add more sauce on top.
