- 1 piece pork neck steak, 3cm thick
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 large carrot, peeled and chunked
- 🥔 1 large potato, peeled and chunked
- 🧅 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 🥦 1/2 cup broccoli florets
Condiments
- 1 block solid curry
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
ÉTAPES
Prepare pork neck steak, 3cm thick, and season with salt and pepper.
Cut carrot and potato into large chunks, and peel them. Thinly slice the onion.
Heat oil in a pan and sear the pork steak on one side until fully cooked.
Flip the pork steak, add sliced onions, and cook until they turn brown.
Add enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Add carrot and potato chunks and cook until tender.
Add the solid curry block and stir until dissolved.
Add broccoli florets for color and cook for a few minutes.
Simmer for a few minutes and serve hot.
