- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper

- 🥕 1/2 cup diced carrot
- 🥒 1/2 cup diced zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
Meat
- 4 pork loin chops
ÉTAPES
Prepare the sauce ingredients by measuring them out and setting them aside.
Lightly coat the pork loin chops with flour on both sides.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan and fry the pork chops until golden brown.
