    • 1 cup cooked glass noodles
    • 🧅 1 medium onion
    • 🥕 1/3 carrot
    • 1 tsp grape seed oil
    • 🥚 3–4 eggs with a pinch of salt
    • 1 cup chopped chives (4cm pieces)
    • 🧅 1 cup sliced green onion
    • A sprinkle of sesame seeds
  • Seasoning Sauce

    • 💧 1 cup water
    • 3 pieces kombu
    • 40ml soy sauce
    • 1/2 cup mirin

ÉTAPES

Prepare the pork by slicing it thinly. Set aside.

Chop the onion, carrot, chives, and green onion. Set aside.

Heat grape seed oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork until browned.

Add the onion, carrot, and green onion to the pan. Stir-fry until softened.

Mix the seasoning sauce ingredients (water, kombu, soy sauce, mirin) and pour into the pan.

Add the cooked glass noodles and chives to the pan. Stir well to combine.

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pour over the mixture. Cover and cook until eggs are set.

Serve the mixture over steamed rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
