- 🐖 100g pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 🥔 100g potato, sliced
- 🧅 40g onion, chopped
- 🧅 40g green onion, sliced
- 1 green chili pepper, sliced
Liquid
- 💧 200ml water
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper paste
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and marinate with red pepper powder, sugar, minced garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, red pepper paste, soybean paste, and black pepper.
Slice the potato, chop the onion, green onion, and chili pepper into appropriate sizes.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the green onion and onion until fragrant.
Add the potato slices and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until partially cooked.
Pour in 200ml of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Add the sliced chili pepper and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
