Main Ingredients
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
 - 100g kimchi
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
 - 🌱 1/4 bunch chives, cut into 3cm pieces
 - 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
 - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 - 🍚 2 bowls of cooked white rice (400g)
 
Seasoning
- 💧 100cc water
 - 🍶 1 tbsp sake
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
 
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly. Cut the chives into 3cm pieces. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork belly and onion, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the seasoning mixture (water, sake, sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch) and kimchi to the pan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chives and stir briefly. Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the mixture, cover with a lid, and steam for about 1 minute until the eggs are set.
