- 2 cups rice cakes
- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 4 tbsp canned corn
- 3 slices ham
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 🍄 2 button mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧀 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp black olives
- A pinch of parsley
- A small amount of cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Boil the rice cakes in hot water for 2–3 minutes and drain.
Chop the onion finely, and cut the bell peppers, ham, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté the onion until translucent. Add ham and canned corn (drain the corn beforehand) and stir-fry.
Add tomato sauce, sugar, and boiled rice cakes to the pan and stir-fry together.
Layer mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, and parsley on top. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat until the cheese melts.
