- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp chili powder

- 3 tbsp water
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash each perilla leaf thoroughly and drain the water using a strainer.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, water, minced garlic, and sesame seeds.
Thinly slice the onion and carrot, and mix them into the seasoning sauce for added texture and flavor.
Spread the seasoning sauce evenly between every 3 perilla leaves.
Place the seasoned leaves in a container and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
