ÉTAPES
Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F). In a mixing bowl, combine 200g peanut butter, 120g sugar, and 1 small egg. Mix well. You can use creamy or chunky peanut butter based on your preference.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Roll the dough into small balls of your desired size, press them lightly, and optionally sprinkle sugar on top. Place them on the tray.
Use a fork to create cross-hatch patterns on the cookies, or press them lightly with a spoon. This step is optional but adds a decorative touch.
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 170°C for 10 minutes for soft cookies, or at 180°C for 10 minutes for crispier cookies.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely before removing them from the parchment paper.
