- 🍗 470g chicken
- 🍑 3 medium peaches, sliced
Seasonings and Sauces
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 tsp mustard sauce
- 🍬 75g sugar
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- 🧅 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 6 tbsp oil
ÉTAPES
Marinate chicken in milk for 10-20 minutes to tenderize.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper after removing it from the milk.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add oil, and pan-fry the chicken for about 8 minutes on each side.
Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and cover with foil to keep warm.
In the same pan, sauté chopped onion and rosemary until the onion turns golden brown.
Add vinegar, mustard, sugar, and salt to the pan and mix well.
Add sliced peaches to the pan and cook for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour the peach glaze over the chicken and serve.
