ÉTAPES
Prepare a container by lining it with plastic wrap to use as a mold.
Heat 200g of liquid cream in a saucepan until the edges start to bubble.
Turn off the heat and add 400g of chocolate to the cream.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the prepared mold and let it cool at room temperature.
After 2 hours in the freezer, cut the chocolate into evenly sized pieces.
Place cocoa powder in a plastic bag, add the chocolate pieces, and shake to coat them evenly.
