INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🦑 2 squids
 - 🥬 1/6 small cabbage
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - 🥕 1/4 carrot
 - 🧅 1/2 cup chopped green onion
 - 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
 - 3 tbsp cooking oil
 - 💧 1/2 cup water
 - 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
 - 5 tbsp soy sauce
 - 3 tbsp chili powder
 - 🧄 6 cloves garlic
 - 1 piece ginger
 - 4 green chilies
 
ÉTAPES
Prepare the vegetables by cutting them into appropriate sizes. Clean and slice the squid.
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and add 1/2 cup of chopped green onion.
Once the green onion oil is ready, add the squid and 1/2 tbsp of sugar.
Stir-fry the squid for about 1 minute.
Add the seasoning mixture (gochujang, soy sauce, chili powder, garlic, ginger, and green chili) and 1/2 cup of water.
Stir-fry on medium heat until the sauce thickens and becomes aromatic.
Add the vegetables (cabbage, onion, carrot) and stir-fry until they soften and release some moisture.
Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
