INGRÉDIENTS
Bread Dough
- 125g bread flour
 - 🥚 1 egg
 - 🥛 70-80ml milk
 - 🧈 15g salted butter
 - 🧂 5g sugar
 - 3g dry yeast
 - 20ml warm water
 
Keema Curry
- 150g mixed ground meat
 - 🧅 1/3 onion (70g)
 - 30g curry roux
 - 💧 3 tbsp water
 
Crispy Breadcrumbs
- 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
 - 1.5 tbsp salad oil
 
ÉTAPES
Mix bread flour, sugar, and dry yeast in a bowl. Add warm water, egg, and milk gradually, kneading until a dough forms.
Add salted butter to the dough and knead until smooth and elastic. Let it rise in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
Prepare the keema curry by sautéing ground meat and onion in a pan. Add curry roux and water, cooking until thickened.
Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a large rectangle. Spread the keema curry evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough into a log and cut into portions. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Mix breadcrumbs with salad oil and sprinkle over the dough portions. Let them rise again for 20-30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
