- 🥛 500ml heavy cream
- 🥛 300ml milk

- 🧅 1 handful of chopped green onion
- 🧄 6 cloves of garlic
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 2 button mushrooms, sliced

- 🍤 10 shrimp
Meat
- 🥓 3 slices of bacon
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Prepare the green onion by chopping it finely and mix it with heavy cream and soy sauce. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
Slice the onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
Marinate the shrimp and bacon with red pepper powder and cooking wine.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the onion, shrimp, and bacon to the pan and stir-fry until the shrimp turns pink and the bacon crisps slightly.
Add the mushrooms and continue to stir-fry until softened.
Pour in the marinated heavy cream mixture and bring to a gentle boil.
Add milk to adjust the sauce's consistency and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water for 8-9 minutes, then drain.
Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce and mix well.
