Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1/2 block tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/4 green bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🍊 1/2 orange
- 70g rice flour
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧂 5 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🍊 7 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup water
ÉTAPES
Cut tofu into 1-2 cm squares and sprinkle with salt to remove excess moisture.
Coat the tofu lightly with rice flour.
Fry the tofu in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Combine water, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and orange juice in a pan and bring to a light boil. Add orange slices and chopped vegetables.
Mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry and add to the sauce. Pour the sauce over the fried tofu and serve.
