INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3.5 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly.
Beat the eggs until smooth.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat a dry pan and pour in the sauce mixture. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Once boiling, add the sliced onion and simmer over medium heat.
Pour half of the beaten egg around the pan and cook over medium heat.
Once the first batch of egg is cooked to your desired doneness, pour the remaining egg and cook over low-medium heat.
Turn off the heat and let the egg finish cooking with residual heat.
Place the cooked onion and egg mixture over the rice.
Add your desired toppings and enjoy!
