INGRÉDIENTS
- Bread - 🍞 4 slices of bread
 
- Vegetables - Some shredded cabbage
- 🥒 1 cucumber, sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- Some shredded red cabbage
 
- Seafood - 3 crab sticks
 
- Fruit - 🍎 1 apple, peeled and sliced
 
- Condiments - 8 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mustard sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
 
ÉTAPES
Slice the cucumber and sprinkle with salt to soften.
Julienne the carrot and peel and slice the apple.
Shred the cabbage and red cabbage finely.
Combine all vegetables and apple in a large bowl.
Add mayonnaise, sugar, mustard sauce, and a pinch of salt to the bowl and mix well.
Add crab sticks to the mixture and mix again.
Toast the bread slices if desired and assemble the sandwich with the salad mixture.
