    • dried anchovies for broth
    • kelp for broth
    • green onion for broth
    • 🧅 onion for broth
    • 💧 5 cups water

Prepare the broth by boiling dried anchovies, kelp, green onion, and onion in 5 cups of water. Strain the broth once ready.
