INGRÉDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 220g all-purpose flour
- 15g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3g baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 200g softened butter
- 🧂 180g brown sugar
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp coffee extract
- 1-2 drops vanilla oil
Add-ins
- 🌰 100g chopped nuts (almonds, peanuts, walnuts)
- 🍫 90g chocolate chips
ÉTAPES
Cream softened butter and gradually mix in brown sugar in three additions.
Beat eggs and add them gradually to the butter mixture, then mix in vanilla oil.
Sift dry ingredients twice and fold them into the wet mixture.
Mix in coffee extract, 50g of chocolate chips, and chopped nuts.
Pipe batter into muffin tins lined with parchment paper, filling them 75% full. Top with remaining chocolate chips.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25-28 minutes.
