INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 packs boneless Norwegian mackerel
Coating
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
Oil
- sufficient amount of frying oil
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp concentrated soy sauce or soba sauce
- 🧄 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp minced ginger
Garnish
- sufficient amount of grated radish
- 🍋 1/2 lime or lemon
ÉTAPES
Prepare 2 packs of boneless Norwegian mackerel and remove any small bones using tweezers.
Cut the mackerel into bite-sized pieces and place them in a ziplock bag or container.
Add 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp minced garlic, and 2 tsp minced ginger to the mackerel. Mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
Lightly remove excess moisture from the mackerel and coat evenly with 4 tbsp cornstarch.
Heat 1 cm of frying oil in a pan to 180°C and fry the mackerel for about 4 minutes, flipping occasionally to prevent burning.
Drain the fried mackerel on a plate and garnish with grated radish and lime or lemon. Serve with lime juice and enjoy with the garnish.
