- 🥔 1 potato
- 🥕 1 carrot

ÉTAPES
Dice the onion, tomatoes, potato, and carrot into small cubes.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until it changes color.
Add the pork and cook until it is browned, then push it to the side of the pan.
Layer the tomatoes at the bottom of a pot, followed by the cooked pork and onions.
Add the diced potato and carrot on top of the pork and onions.
Cover the pot with a lid and cook on medium heat until the vegetables release their moisture and are fully cooked.
Sprinkle 2/3 packet of curry powder over the mixture and simmer until well combined.
Serve the curry over cooked mixed-grain rice.
