    • 1 green chili

    • 🍅 6 tbsp tomato sauce
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 🧂 1 tsp black pepper

Prepare all ingredients. Potatoes can be replaced with sweet potatoes or bread.

Steam or microwave the potatoes. Cut them into pieces, add a little water in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, poke holes, and microwave for 5-7 minutes.

While potatoes cook, finely chop onion and bacon.

Sauté onion and bacon in a pan with oil.

Add tomato sauce to the pan and stir well. Use 5-6 tbsp for a richer flavor.

Mash the cooked potatoes while hot, mix with mayonnaise and black pepper.

Spread the mashed potatoes evenly in a dish and press down firmly.

Top with sautéed vegetables and bacon. Optionally add green chili slices.

Add pizza cheese and a cheese slice on top. Sprinkle parsley and microwave for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
