- 70g vegetable oil
 - 🧂 140g sugar
 - 🥚 1 egg
 - 250g cake flour
 - 1/2 tsp baking powder
 - 2/3 tsp baking soda
 - 🍫 100g chocolate chips
 
ÉTAPES
Mix 70g vegetable oil and 140g sugar in a bowl until well combined.
Add 1 egg at room temperature and mix well.
Sift 250g cake flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 2/3 tsp baking soda into the mixture and mix gently in a folding motion until 80% combined.
Add 100g chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.
Shape the dough into 30g balls and place them on a baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 5–7 minutes. Remove and press the cookies gently with a spatula.
Return the cookies to the oven and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes, depending on your preference.
Let the cookies cool slightly before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
