INGRÉDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) warm rice
 
Protein
- 🥩 180g sliced beef
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
 - 1/3 bunch nira, cut into 4cm pieces
 - 60g kimchi
 
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 1 tbsp mirin
 - 🧂 2 tsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/3 tsp dashi powder
 - 💧 50ml water
 
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion. Trim the nira roots and cut into 4cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and stir-fry until its color changes. Add onion and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and mix. Simmer over low heat for 3–4 minutes. Add nira and kimchi, then mix briefly.
Serve the cooked mixture over warm rice in a bowl.
