- 6 okra pods
- 100g julienned yam
- 6 shiso leaves
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
ÉTAPES
