    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 2 tbsp water

Slice the sausages diagonally and remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms, then slice them into thin strips.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.

Heat a pan with cooking oil and separately pan-fry the rice cakes and sausages until golden brown, then set aside.

In the heated pan, add the sauce and simmer on low heat. Once bubbling, add the fried rice cakes, sausages, and mushrooms, mixing well.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and black sesame seeds on top before serving.
