ÉTAPES
Remove the stems from the button mushrooms.
Add agave syrup to the hollow space inside the mushrooms. Prepare half with syrup and half without for variety.
Tear the slice of cheese into small pieces and fill the mushrooms.
Generously grind black pepper over the mushrooms.
Cover the mushrooms with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle parsley on top.
Drizzle olive oil evenly over the mushrooms.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven once the cheese is golden and bubbly.
