- 3 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1 green chili
Seasonings
- 1/3 shot glass soy sauce
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 shot glass mirin
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the fish cake, onion, and chili into appropriate sizes.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add sesame oil and olive oil. Stir-fry the onion.
Add the fish cake and chili, stir-frying until lightly coated with oil.
Clear a space in the center of the pan.
Add soy sauce and mirin to the cleared space in the pan.
Add sugar and stir until the sauce begins to bubble.
Mix the ingredients with the sauce and stir-fry until glossy and most of the moisture evaporates.
Once cooled, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
