    • 🍚 2 bowls of mixed grain rice
  • Protein

    • 🍗 1 can of chicken breast
    • 🥚 2 eggs
  • Vegetables

    • 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 🥕 1/2 carrot
    • 🧄 1 stalk of green onion
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp of oyster sauce

ÉTAPES

Wash and finely chop the green onion, king oyster mushrooms, onion, and carrot.

Heat 1 tbsp of butter or a small amount of oil in a pan and sauté the green onion and garlic.

Add all the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until softened.

Add the canned chicken breast and 2 tbsp of oyster sauce, then stir-fry together.

Add the mixed grain rice and mix thoroughly.

Pour beaten eggs over the mixture and stir-fry again until the eggs are cooked.
