ÉTAPES
Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat until fragrant. Add the octopus and cook over medium heat. Once bubbling, add cherry tomatoes, stir, and simmer briefly.
