- 🥛 140g milk
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍬 35g sugar
- 🧂 3g salt
- 🧈 30g butter
- 6g instant dry yeast
Topping
- 🌭 Vienna sausages
- 🍅 Ketchup as needed
- 🧀 Sliced cheese as needed
- Mayonnaise as needed
- 🌿 Parsley as needed
ÉTAPES
Mix strong flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
Add milk and egg, then mix with a spatula until combined. Transfer to a kneading surface.
Knead the dough by hand for 3 minutes, then add softened butter and knead for another 15 minutes.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour (first proofing).
Divide the dough into 50-55g portions, shape into balls, and let rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Flatten each dough ball slightly, cut with scissors, and place a cheese-wrapped sausage on top. Let rise for 40 minutes (second proofing).
Add ketchup, mayonnaise, or mustard as desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 9-10 minutes. Sprinkle parsley on top before serving.
