- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧀 3 slices of cheese
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese, as needed

ÉTAPES
Wash the mini pumpkin thoroughly, including the skin.
Microwave the pumpkin for 1–2 minutes to soften it slightly.
Cut off the top of the pumpkin and scoop out the seeds.
Bake the pumpkin in an oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Crack an egg into the pumpkin and pierce the yolk with a fork.
Season with a pinch of salt, sugar, and pepper.
Tear 3 slices of cheese and place them inside the pumpkin.
Add a generous amount of mozzarella cheese and bake again at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Microwave for an additional 1–2 minutes if the cheese isn't fully melted.
Slice the pumpkin into portions and serve.
