- 🍄 400g king oyster mushrooms
- 💧 2 cups water
Seasonings
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and rinse them under running water.
Place the mushrooms in a pot and add 2 cups of water, enough to slightly submerge them.
Add soy sauce, corn syrup, and sugar to the pot. Stir and bring to a boil.
Simmer until the liquid reduces significantly and the mushrooms are well-coated.
Add sesame oil and stir to finish. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
