- 🌭 3 sausages
- 200g pancake mix
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 2 tbsp ketchup
ÉTAPES
Whisk 1 egg with 50ml milk until well combined.
Add 200g pancake mix to the egg mixture and stir until a thick batter forms. Adjust with more pancake mix if needed.
Mix breadcrumbs with 1 tsp parsley and set aside.
Skewer each sausage onto a wooden stick and coat it with the batter by rolling it in the mixture.
Roll the battered sausage in the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
Deep-fry the coated sausages in cooking oil over low heat until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve the mini hot dogs with ketchup drizzled on top.
