    • 💧 100ml water
  • Seasoning

    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 3 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🧂 1 tbsp sugar

Peel and chop 3 sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Soak them in water to remove starch for 5 minutes.

Drain the water and add 100ml of fresh water. Cover with plastic wrap, poke holes, and microwave for 4-4.5 minutes until 2/3 cooked.

Heat 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large pan. Remove excess water from the sweet potatoes and pan-fry until golden brown.

Add 3 tbsp of corn syrup to the pan and mix thoroughly with the sweet potatoes.

Turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp of sugar. Mix until the sugar melts and creates a glossy finish.
