- 🥩 200g ribeye steak
Vegetables
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
- 🍄 5 button mushrooms, sliced
- 🥦 1 cup broccoli florets, blanched
Seasonings
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1 tsp herb salt
ÉTAPES
Season the ribeye steak with herb salt and let it rest for a while.
Prepare the vegetables by slicing them. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water, and keep the other vegetables raw.
Mix oyster sauce, hot sauce, and ketchup in a small bowl to prepare the sauce.
Melt butter in a pan over high heat.
Sear the steak on both sides briefly, then remove it from the pan and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
In the same pan, add the vegetables and stir-fry them until slightly tender.
Add the sliced steak back into the pan with the vegetables.
Pour the prepared sauce over the steak and vegetables.
Stir-fry everything together for another minute and serve hot.
