- 🍞 1 slice of bread
Butter
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
Sweeteners
- 2.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
Nuts
- 🌰 2 tbsp chopped nuts

- A pinch of cinnamon powder
ÉTAPES
Dice the bread into cubes and finely chop the nuts (e.g., walnuts, almonds, peanuts). If the bread is frozen, microwave it for 10 seconds twice to soften.
Heat a pan with butter over medium heat and toast the bread cubes until golden and slightly firm.
Remove the toasted bread from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add oligosaccharide and sugar. Heat on low until it starts to bubble.
Add the toasted bread cubes and chopped nuts to the pan. Mix well to coat evenly.
Cook briefly on low heat until the nuts adhere well to the bread.
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.
