INGRÉDIENTS
- Base - 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
 
- Main - 🐟 100g sashimi-grade tuna
- 100g grated nagaimo
 
- Marinade - 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 
- Toppings - 🥚 1 egg yolk
- Pinch of white sesame seeds
 
ÉTAPES
In a microwave-safe container, combine sake and mirin. Heat uncovered at 600W for 30 seconds. Add soy sauce and mix well. Let it cool.
Add tuna to the marinade and mix gently. Cover with cling wrap pressed directly onto the surface and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Grate the nagaimo to create a smooth tororo (grated yam).
Serve cooked rice in a bowl, top with marinated tuna, drizzle with tororo, sprinkle sesame seeds, and place the egg yolk in the center.
