INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 mackerels
- 1/2 head of kimchi
- 1/4 piece of radish
- 🥔 3 potatoes
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A dash of sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Slice radish and potatoes thickly and layer them at the bottom of a pot.
Place well-fermented kimchi on top of the radish.
Lay cleaned and chopped mackerel pieces over the kimchi.
Mix the seasoning ingredients and spread generously over the mackerel. Use extra black pepper to neutralize the fishy smell.
Add chopped green onions on top, pour one cup of water, cover the pot, and cook until the kimchi reaches your desired level of tenderness.
