    • 🥚 1 egg yolk
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 🧀 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
    • 1 pinch pepper

ÉTAPES

Boil water with 1/2 tbsp salt and cook pasta for 10 minutes. Reserve 2/3 cup of pasta water.

Slice garlic into thin pieces and roughly chop parsley.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic and chili over medium heat.

Add cooked pasta, reserved pasta water, and a pinch of salt to the pan. Stir and cook until the sauce reduces.

Add butter, lemon juice, and parsley to the pan. Mix well.

Plate the pasta, top with egg yolk, parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and a pinch of pepper.
