    • 2–3 tbsp corn syrup
    • 💧 5 tbsp water

Cut 200g dried squid into bite-sized pieces.

Place the squid in a bowl and mix with 2 tbsp mayonnaise.

In a pan, combine all seasoning ingredients and mix well.

Bring the sauce to a boil and let it simmer until slightly thickened.

Add the mayonnaise-coated squid to the cooled sauce and mix thoroughly.

Finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
