INGRÉDIENTS
Tofu and Coating
- 🧈 1 block firm tofu
- Some frying flour
- Some breadcrumbs
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🌰 Some sesame seeds
- Some parsley powder
- Some black sesame seeds
Sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍅 6 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the tofu into cubes and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Place some frying flour in a plastic bag, add the tofu, and shake to coat evenly.
Beat 2 eggs and coat the tofu cubes in the egg mixture.
Coat the tofu cubes with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the tofu until golden and crispy on all sides.
In a bowl, mix minced garlic, gochujang, ketchup, oligosaccharide syrup, and soy sauce to make the sauce.
Pour the sauce into a heated pan and simmer over medium heat until it bubbles.
Add the fried tofu to the hot sauce and mix until evenly coated.
Plate the tofu and sprinkle with sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, and parsley powder.
