- 🥓 250g pork belly
- 🌮 2 tortillas
- 🧅 1 handful shredded green onion
- 10 perilla leaves
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 0.5 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 2.5 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Soak shredded green onion in cold water to reduce spiciness. Slice perilla leaves thinly.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, ketchup, oyster sauce, sugar, minced garlic, corn syrup, and water to make the sauce.
Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Cook pork belly in a heated pan over medium-low heat until browned.
Add the prepared sauce to the pork belly and cook further, stirring frequently.
Melt butter in a pan and lightly toast the tortillas for about 10 seconds each side.
Place drained green onion on the tortilla.
Add the cooked pork belly on top of the green onion.
Top with sliced perilla leaves for added flavor.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to form the burrito.
