Main
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
 - 2 tbsp dried wakame
 - 1/2 bag bean sprouts
 - 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
 - 🍅 1 tomato, thinly sliced
 
Dressing
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp vinegar
 - 2 tsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
 - 2 tsp gochujang
 - 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
 
ÉTAPES
Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the tomato thinly after removing the stem. Julienne the cucumber.
In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients (marked with ☆).
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the bean sprouts and boil for about 1 minute, then remove and drain. In the same pot, bring the water back to a boil, reduce to low heat, and cook the pork slices one at a time until their color changes. Drain well.
On a serving plate, layer the tomato, cucumber, bean sprouts, wakame, and pork slices. Drizzle the dressing over the top.
