Noodles
- 270g fresh Korean knife-cut noodles
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/4 onion, julienned
- 2-3 lettuce leaves, chopped
- 2-3 cabbage leaves, julienned
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp Korean chili paste (gochujang)
- 1 tbsp Korean chili powder
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Julienne the cabbage and soak it in water.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing all the seasoning ingredients.
Julienne the onion, carrot, and cucumber. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Boil the knife-cut noodles for 6 minutes or as instructed on the package.
Rinse the noodles in cold water 3-4 times to remove excess starch.
Plate the noodles, top with vegetables, seasoning sauce, and optionally a boiled egg.
