    • 1/2 green chili, sliced

    • 3 cups anchovy kelp broth
  • Seasonings

    • 3 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 0.5 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
    • 0.5 tbsp chili powder

Prepare the dried radish greens by cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green onion, red chili, and green chili.

Boil 3 cups of anchovy kelp broth and set aside.

In a pot, combine the radish greens, doenjang, gochujang, chili powder, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sliced vegetables. Mix thoroughly by hand to evenly coat the greens with the seasoning.

Pour the prepared broth into the pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and cover the pot. Simmer for at least 30 minutes.

Cook until the greens are tender and the broth has reduced to a thick consistency.
