- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp chili powder
ÉTAPES
Rinse the dried radish strips and soak them in water for 10 minutes.
Drain the radish strips and let them soften for 20 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
Combine all seasoning ingredients to make the sauce.
Mix the softened radish strips with the sauce by hand until evenly coated.
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds, then mix well.
