INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 200g konjac noodles
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 250ml water
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍚 50g cooked rice
ÉTAPES
Chop the konjac noodles into small pieces.
Finely chop the onion.
Finely chop the green onion.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté minced garlic and chopped onion.
Add the chopped konjac to the pot and stir-fry.
Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
Add salt and soy sauce to the pot and stir.
Once boiling, add the cooked rice and simmer.
Finish by adding the chopped green onion.
