Protein
- 🍗 200g skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 250g konjac (pre-treated)
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice the chicken breast horizontally to open it, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the konjac. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then add chicken and salad oil. Cook on low heat.
Once the chicken is cooked through, add cherry tomatoes and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and mix well.
Plate the dish and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
