- 🐖 400g pork
Vegetables
- 300g soybean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 5 perilla leaves
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- to taste black pepper
ÉTAPES
Marinate the pork with cooking wine and black pepper for 10 minutes.
Slice the onion and green onion lengthwise, and thinly shred the perilla leaves. Clean the soybean sprouts thoroughly.
Mix soy sauce, chili powder, gochujang, sugar, cooking wine, minced garlic, and black pepper to make the sauce.
Layer the soybean sprouts in a pan and place the marinated pork on top.
Add the onion and green onion on top, then pour 2/3 of the prepared sauce. Stir-fry and adjust seasoning with the remaining sauce.
Transfer the cooked Kongnamul Bulgogi to a plate and garnish with shredded perilla leaves.
